Based in Houston, Texas, Cement Lining Corporation, International  was founded as an affiliate of Cement Lining Company which has been at the forefront of “in plant” cement lining for almost forty years. 

The International group provides the “in situ” or “in place” lining, traveling all over the world to rehabilitate and line new and existing pipelines.  Our crews can usually mobilize within 30 days to begin the inspection and rehabilitation process. 

After mechanically cleaning the line, we apply a cement mortar lining to the inside of the pipe that will prevent any further corrosion or leaks and keep your line running smoothly for years to come!
